Tematem mojego wtstąpienia na konferencji w Bratysławie były osoby starsze. Tym razem skupiłam się na wsparciu osób starszych oraz niepełnosprawnych seniorów. Konferencja wielowątkowa, bowiem taki jest obszar pedagogiki specjalnej.

should be emphasized in the context of problems associated with aging societies
is that the elderly’s disability increases with age, decreasing the quality of
their life. This concerns both their mental sphere and their health condition,
including physical abilities. When seniors become dependent, the care most
frequentlyburdens their families or public institutions. Therefore, it is of
crucial significance to support the elderly and their families by undertaking
widely designed activities – in particularin the field of prevention and
education. This becomes especially important in the confrontation with the
aging of societies – the growing life expectancy with the simultaneous fall of
the birth rate.
Bratysława zachwyca. Muszę dodać, że jest jedyną stolicą na świecie, która graniczy z dwoma państwami, na południu z Węgrami a na zachodzie z Austrią. Małe państwo z bardzo urokliwą stolicą i jeszcze ten Dunaj, który zawsze inspirował dusze artystyczne. Tu chce się wracać. Byłam przecież rok temu.
